Why Mental Coaching is Required?

It is one of the most undeniable facts that it is the mind that controls the body - but most players tend to see this the other way around until they experience a problem in their performance or begin to understand how the mind-body connection works in sport.

Cricketers spend countless hours working on techniques, skills and physical condition. At a certain level cricketers spend vast amount of money on equipments and travel but what investment is made to develop mental skills to generate peak performance in the competition?
